In the two weeks leading up to Festafest, seven artists from the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague will be in residence at Festa Kraftverk. Their stay culminates in an interactive exhibition that unfolds as part of the festival experience. After the festival, the exhibition will be open to the public for two days.

Through installation, sound, light, and performance, the artists explore a central question:

What is the place of humans between nature and technology?

From this point of departure, they offer personal and critical perspectives on life today, shaped by the surrounding environment of the old power station, the forest, and the river.

During the exhibition, we’ll have a fire going, serve coffee and tea, and play music.
Come by, warm your hands, have a drink, and explore the works at the power plant.
